• Please visit our "Contact Us" page for phone and email information.  You may either contact us directly or simply fill out our contact form with your inquiry, also located on the"Contact Us" page.  Once you contact us, Bella Strings will check the availability of our ensembles and provide you with a current quote list for your event.  As pricing is determined by style, duration and date of event, it is beneficial to provide as much information as possible including, date, time, location, type of event and the type of ensemble requested.  We look forward to hearing from you!

    Your date is confirmed upon receipt of the contract and deposit.  The amount of the deposit varies per event.  The deposit ensures that your musicians do not book other engagements that would conflict with your event.  Although we are able to take last minute bookings, some clients book their ensembles for their weddings six to nine months in advance, we always recommend booking as soon as possible.

    Thirty to Sixty days prior to your event, we will contact you via phone or email to discuss repertoire choices, special arrangements and any timing issues.    Balance is due 7 days prior to the event along with a finalized itinerary and repertoire choices.  Payments can be made by cash, check (made payable to your contact musician), or credit card.  Credit card payments are processed via PayPal and are subject to a 2.9% + $0.30 fee (note: funded PayPal accounts are not subject to this fee).  Please email or call for more information. 

    Sit back, relax and enjoy the music! Your ensemble will arrive with plenty of time to set up and begin playing at the agreed time in the contract.  At some events it is possible for our musicians to stay longer than the agreed upon time if needed, this depends on our individual schedules.  Payment for any overtime must be made on the day.
